These Terms govern your use of Eaglei, operated by Axe Cap Holdings (“Eaglei,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Eaglei does

Eaglei monitors publicly available prices for businesses near you and sends you alerts with a suggested move — match, beat, or raise. We gather competitor information from public sources only and use OpenStreetMap to discover nearby businesses.

Suggestions are informational

Our alerts and suggested prices are informational and provided for your convenience. They are not financial, legal, or business advice, and they are not guarantees of any outcome. Public data can be incomplete or out of date. Your pricing decisions are yours. You are responsible for the prices you set and for complying with any laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

• Don’t resell, redistribute, or scrape the data we provide.
• Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Don’t use Eaglei for any unlawful purpose.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

Eaglei is a paid subscription billed monthly through our payment provider, Polar. Plans are priced by the states you operate in. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

SMS consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive price-alert text messages from Eaglei at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Eaglei is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eaglei and Axe Cap Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Eaglei after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
