Privacy Policy

Eaglei is operated by Axe Cap Holdings (“Eaglei,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do — and don’t do — with it. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details — the email address and phone number you sign up with, so we can log you in and text you alerts.
• Your shop details — the business type and address you enter, and the items and prices you tell us you charge. This is how we know who to watch and what move to suggest.
• Competitor data — prices and menu information we gather from public sources only (public menus, public price listings) and business locations from OpenStreetMap. We never log into anything and we never access data behind a login.
• Usage events — first-party analytics about how you use Eaglei (pages viewed, steps completed), tied to a random browser id. This helps us fix and improve the product.

How your information is used

We use your data to run the service: to find your competitors, monitor public prices, and text or email you when something moves — with the suggested move. We use aggregate usage data to improve Eaglei. We do not use your data for anything else.

Service providers

A few trusted vendors process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service:

• Twilio delivers your SMS alerts (it receives your phone number and the alert text).
• Polar handles subscriptions and payments. We never see or store your card numbers — those go directly to our payment processor.
• Supabase hosts our database and authentication.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never share your prices with your competitors. The prices you enter power your own alerts and nothing else.

Retention

We keep your account and shop data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it, except where we’re required to keep limited records (for example, billing history for tax purposes).

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing info@axecapholdings.co. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion promptly.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in (your authentication session). We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data sources & attribution

Business location and discovery data comes from OpenStreetMap. Location data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Eaglei after a change means you accept the updated policy.
